I had a couple unlucky experiences prior to working with Monica - first an inspection came back very poor causing me to walk away from a home and then a seller cancelled the transaction the day prior to closing on the second home. Monica was very thorough in identifying my preferences for my future home and was motivated to find me homes that matched my criteria. She was responsive and flexible meeting me for showings around my work schedule (there were a few times my crazy schedule required last minute showings and she did what she needed to ensure I was able to view the property).  She ensured I didn't settle and even even met me for showings at homes she was sure weren't what I was looking for to ensure I felt comfortable exploring all my options. She worked diligently to help me find something I loved as she knew I had been in the process for quite some time at that point. Her connections in related fields including lenders, insurers, contractors and relationships other realtors is really an asset when working with Monica. She's personable and friendly which really made this process enjoyable which was very nice considering my previous experiences. As a first time home buyer she was patient with my questions and knowledgable about all aspects of the process ensuring we were able to close the deal on time.
